A sudden attack of difficulty breathing along with wheezing caused by a spasm of the bronchial tubes or by swelling of the mucous membrane. Inflammation of the lungs & airways are what you feel during an asthma attack. The inflammation causes breathing to become difficult & breathing. The airways narrow & excess mucous is released in the airways creating additional problems with breathing. This results in patients having to cough to expel the mucous.

Exercise, stress, anxiety, drug sensitivity

Nervous System stress

The nervous system can be under tremendous stress & is unable to process all the causes that can trigger an asthma attack.
